Issuance of Additional Membership Units. The Company may issue additional Membership Units to a Person upon (i) the making of a Capital Contribution by such Person, (ii) the approval of either of the Managers, (iii) the approval of the Majority Interest and (iv) if the assignee is not already a Member, the execution by such Person of this Agreement.
