ISSUANCE OF LIEN WAIVER. For each project the Contractor is involved in, the Contractor shall, prior to receipt of payment, waive their right to place a lien on the customer’s property for any amount of payment. Contractor shall also require all suppliers to waive any right to place a lien against such property, and shall submit proof of waivers to UCAN prior to receipt of final payment.
