Following the fulfillment (or written waiver by the Department) by the Developer of the conditions precedent to Early Work set forth in Exhibit B-3, the Department will issue one or more Limited Notices to Proceed (individually and collectively, “LNTP”) authorizing the Developer to commence the Early Work.
