NOTICE TO PROCEED AND SCHEDULE. The CONSULTANT shall begin the work to be performed under this Contract only upon receipt of the written notice to proceed from the LPA, and shall deliver the work to the LPA in accordance with the schedule contained in Appendix "C" which is herein attached to and made an integral part of this Contract.

The CONSULTANT shall begin the work to be performed under this Agreement immediately upon receipt of the written notice to proceed from the LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY, and shall deliver the work to the LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY in accordance with the Schedule contained in Appendix "C", attached to this Agreement, and made an integral part hereof. The CONSULTANT shall not begin work prior to the date of the notice to proceed, unless otherwise directed by the LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY.

NOTICE TO PROCEED AND SCHEDULE. (a) Upon award of the Contract, the Contractor will receive a Notice to Proceed to develop a comprehensive Schedule. Subsequent to completion and City approval of the Schedule, the Contractor will receive a Notice to Proceed. No work shall commence without receiving the Notice to Proceed from the City. The work shall be complete in 3 months.
(b) Attachment A includes the Scope of Services and the hourly rates. This is a cost not to exceed contract and payment will be based upon the work completion of individual line items. Fees for permits, applications, or regulatory fees will be paid by the City. Tasks or (disciplines) are shown in Attachment A.
(c) Duration - This Agreement is in effect for a period of three (3) months from the date of Notice to Proceed for this agreement.
(d) Disputed Items - In the event that Consultant's invoices and receipts are submitted in compliance with the requirements of this Agreement, if the City disputes any items in any invoices submitted by Consultant, City shall notify the Consultant within 60 days of receipt of any disputed item and request clarification and/or remedial action.

(c) Duration - This Agreement is in effect for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of Notice to Proceed for this agreement with the option to renew for one year after at the same prices negotiated for the original contract.
(d) Disputed Items - In the event that Consultant's invoices and receipts are submitted in compliance with the requirements of this Agreement, if the City disputes any items in any invoices submitted by Consultant, City shall notify the Consultant within 60 days of receipt of any disputed item and request clarification and/or remedial action.
NOTICE TO PROCEED AND SCHEDULE. All work by HWC under this Contract shall be completed and delivered to the City for review and approval within the approximate time periods shown in the following submission schedule: Contract Executed and Notice to Proceed March 2024 Preconstruction Meeting March 2024 Construction Inspection April 1 – December 1, 2024 HWC shall receive payment from CLIENT for the work performed under this Agreement, as listed below: Construction Inspection $230,880.00 Hourly, Not to Exceed TOTAL $230,880.00 Hourly, Not to Exceed
NOTICE TO PROCEED AND SCHEDULE. The ENGINEER shall begin the work to be performed under this Agreement immediately upon receipt of the written notice to proceed from the OWNER, and shall deliver the work to the OWNER in accordance with the Schedule contained in Appendix "C", attached to this Agreement, and made an integral part hereof. The ENGINEER shall not begin work prior to the date of the notice to proceed.
