Common use of Issuance of Pass Through Certificates Clause in Contracts

Issuance of Pass Through Certificates. Subject to the terms set forth herein, on the Issuance Date (i) the Company shall direct the Underwriters to execute a wire transfer or intra-bank transfer to the Pass Through Trustee in the amount of the total proceeds payable by such Underwriters pursuant to the Underwriting Agreement with respect to the Series ___ Pass Through Certificates and (ii) the Pass Through Trustee shall deliver the Series ___ Pass Through Certificates to the Underwriters as provided in the Underwriting Agreement upon receipt by the Pass Through Trustee of such proceeds.

Issuance of Pass Through Certificates. Subject to the terms set forth herein, on the Issuance Date (i) the Company shall direct the Underwriters to execute a wire transfer or intra-bank transfer to the Pass Through Trustee in the amount of the total proceeds payable by such Underwriters pursuant to the Underwriting Agreement with respect to the Series ___ B1 Pass Through Certificates and (ii) the Pass Through Trustee shall deliver the Series ___ B1 Pass Through Certificates to the Underwriters as provided in the Underwriting Agreement upon receipt by the Pass Through Trustee of such proceeds.
