Issuance of Purchase Orders. Buyer may issue Purchase Orders to Seller identifying: (i) the Items to be purchased and consistent with Schedules A and C, respectively; (ii) the Lead-time(s) for the Items; (iii) the date received at the Delivery Point; and/or (iv) the Services requested, fee, and the timing for the same.
