Common use of Issuances of Additional Class A-1 Notes Clause in Contracts

Issuances of Additional Class A-1 Notes. In addition to the conditions set forth in Section 2.2(b) of the Base Indenture, for so long as the Series 2019-3 Class A-1 Notes are Outstanding, the issuance of any additional Series of Class A-1 Notes shall also require the consent of the Administrative Agent (which consent shall be deemed to have been given unless an objection is delivered to the Co-Issuers within ten (10) Business Days after written notice of such proposed issuance is delivered to the Administrative Agent).
