Common use of Issue and Term of Warrants Clause in Contracts

Issue and Term of Warrants. (a) A total of up to 9,800,600 Warrants entitling Warrantholders to acquire up to 9,800,600 Common Shares (subject to adjustment pursuant to sections 2.12 and 2.13) are hereby created and authorized to be issued hereunder upon the terms and conditions herein set forth and will be executed by the Company and certified by the Warrant Agent upon the written order of the Company in accordance with sections 2.3 and 2.4.

Issue and Term of Warrants. (a) A total of up to 9,800,600 9,631,250 Warrants entitling Warrantholders to acquire up to 9,800,600 9,631,250 Common Shares (subject to adjustment pursuant to sections 2.12 and 2.13) are hereby created and authorized to be issued hereunder upon the terms and conditions herein set forth and will be executed by the Company and certified by or on behalf of the Warrant Agent upon the written order of the Company and delivered by the Company in accordance with sections 2.3 and 2.4.
