Common use of Issue of Certificates Clause in Contracts

Issue of Certificates. The Bank may issue any certificate as regards payment of any amounts paid by the Borrower to the Bank in terms of this Agreement only if the borrower has paid all amounts due under the Agreement to the Bank and the borrower has compliedwith all terms of this Agreement.
