Common use of Issue of Debentures Clause in Contracts

Issue of Debentures. Debentures in such aggregate principal amounts as the Board of Directors shall determine and in lawful money of the United States shall be executed by the Company from time to time and, forthwith after such execution, shall be delivered to the Indenture Trustee and shall be authenticated by the Indenture Trustee and delivered pursuant to the written direction of the Company (or as the Company may otherwise direct in writing) in accordance with the terms of section 2.7.

Issue of Debentures. Debentures in such aggregate principal amounts as the Board of Directors shall determine and in lawful money of the United States shall be executed by the Company Corporation from time to time and, forthwith after such execution, shall be delivered to the Indenture Trustee and shall be authenticated certified by the Indenture Trustee and delivered pursuant to the written direction of the Company (or as the Company may otherwise direct in writing) Corporation in accordance with the terms of section 2.7. Other than as contemplated by section 2.8(b), the Indenture Trustee shall receive no consideration for the certification of Debentures.
