Common use of Issue of Subscription Receipts Clause in Contracts

Issue of Subscription Receipts. (a) 15,002,243 Subscription Receipts are hereby created and authorized to be issued, upon the terms and conditions herein set forth, at a price of US$21.34 for each Subscription Receipt. Subscription Receipt Certificates evidencing the Subscription Receipts shall be executed by the Corporation in the name of the Investor and delivered to the Investor, all in accordance with Section 2.5.

(a) 15,002,243 A total of up to 167,069,361 Subscription Receipts are hereby created and authorized to be issued, upon issued by the terms and conditions herein set forth, at Corporation for a price of US$21.34 for each per Subscription ReceiptReceipt equal to the Issue Price. Subscription Receipt Certificates evidencing the Subscription Receipts shall be executed by the Corporation in and upon the name written direction of the Investor Corporation shall be certified by or on behalf of the Trustee and delivered to by the Investor, all Trustee in accordance with Section 2.5such written direction of the Corporation.
