ISSUER AS PURCHASER. Unless otherwise stated in the terms of a Security, the Issuer may at any time purchase such Security at any price or prices in the open market or otherwise. A Security so purchased by the Issuer may, at the discretion of the Issuer, be held, resold or surrendered to the Trustee for cancellation.
