Issuer Liquidity Reserve Ledger. If an Issuer Liquidity Reserve Fund is required to be established, the Cash Manager will record on such Issuer Liquidity Reserve Ledger:
Issuer Liquidity Reserve Ledger. (a) The Issuer Cash Manager on behalf of the Issuer will be required to establish the Issuer Liquidity Reserve Fund to the extent of the Issuer Liquidity Reserve Fund Required Amount if, and for as long as, (1) an Issuer Liquidity Reserve Fund Rating Event is occurring or (2) a CPR Decrease Event is occurring.
