On the Closing Date, Borrower shall establish the Reserve Account and fund the Reserve Account in the amount of $2,187,870.39 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Pledge Agreement.
All amounts in the Reserve Account shall bear interest at the Lender’s standard rates for deposit accounts from time to time and shall stand as additional collateral for repayment of the Loan.
