Common use of Issuer Obligations Clause in Contracts

Issuer Obligations. No recourse may be taken, directly or indirectly, against (i) the Owner Trustee in its individual capacity, (ii) any incorporator, subscriber to the capital stock, stockholder, officer or director of the Owner Trustee or of any predecessor or successor of the Owner Trustee in its individual capacity, (iii) any holder of a beneficial interest in the Issuer, (iv) any partner, beneficiary, agent, officer, director, employee, or successor or assign of a holder of a beneficial interest in the Issuer, or (v) any incorporator, subscriber to the capital stock, stockholder, officer, director or employee of the Trustee or any predecessor or successor of the Trustee with respect to the Issuer's obligations with respect to the Notes or the obligation of the Issuer or the Trustee under this Indenture or any certificate or other writing delivered in connection herewith or therewith.

No recourse may be taken, directly or indirectly, against (i) the Owner Trustee in its individual capacity, (ii) any incorporator, subscriber to the capital stock, stockholder, officer officer, director, employee or director agent of the Owner Trustee or of any predecessor or successor of the Owner Trustee in its individual capacity, (iii) any holder of a beneficial interest in the Issuer, (iv) any partner, beneficiary, agent, officer, director, employee, or successor or assign of a holder of a beneficial interest in the Issuer, or (v) any incorporator, subscriber to the capital stock, stockholder, officer, director or employee of the Indenture Trustee or any predecessor or successor of the Indenture Trustee with respect to the Issuer's obligations with respect to the Notes or the obligation of the Issuer or the Indenture Trustee under this Indenture or any certificate or other writing delivered in connection herewith or therewith.
