Common use of Issuer Stockholder Approval Clause in Contracts

Issuer Stockholder Approval. To the extent required by the listing rules of NYSE, approval of the issuance of the Shares pursuant to this Subscription Agreement by the Issuer’s stockholders shall have been obtained.
