Common use of Issuer’s Access to Facilities Clause in Contracts

Issuer’s Access to Facilities. The Issuer shall have the right, subject to such limitations, restrictions and requirements as the Company may reasonably prescribe and upon appropriate prior notice to the Company, to have reasonable access to the Facilities during normal business hours for the purpose of making examinations and inspections of the same.

Issuer’s Access to Facilities.
