Issuer’s Option to Effect Legal Defeasance or Covenant Defeasance. Except as otherwise specified as contemplated by Section 3.1 for Securities of such series or as otherwise permitted or required by any form of Security of such series issued pursuant to this Indenture, the provisions of this Article 13 shall apply to each series of Securities, and the Issuers may, at its option, effect legal defeasance of the Securities of or within a series under Section 13.2, or covenant defeasance of the Securities of or within a series under Section 13.3, in accordance with the terms of such Securities and in accordance with this Article 13.
