Common use of Issuer's Records Clause in Contracts

Issuer's Records. The books and records of the Issuer will disclose that the Depositor transferred the Receivables to the Issuer; provided, however, the Issuer acknowledges that the Receivables will appear as assets of the Contributor and its consolidated subsidiaries in the consolidated financial statements of the Contributor (which financial statements will include a footnote stating that the Receivables are not available to satisfy the Contributor's or the Depositor's creditors).
