Issuing Bank Reporting Requirements. (a) Each Issuing Bank shall, no later than the fifth (5th) Business Day following the last day of each month, provide to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower a schedule of the Letters of Credit issued by it, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, showing the Issuance Date, account party, original face amount, expiration date, the reference number of each Letter of Credit outstanding at any time during such month and the aggregate amount (if any) payable by the Borrower to such Issuing Bank during the month pursuant to Section 3.2 and such other information as may be reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent. (b) Upon the request of the Administrative Agent or any Lender, an Issuing Bank shall furnish to the requesting Administrative Agent or Lender copies of any Letter of Credit or Application to which such Issuing Bank is party.
