Issuing Bank Reporting Requirements. Upon the request of any Revolving Lender, each Issuing Bank shall furnish to such Revolving Lender copies of any Letter of Credit and any application for or reimbursement agreement with respect to a Letter of Credit to which such Issuing Bank is party.
