IT Bezpečnost. In the event that the conditions of operation of the Institution for the use of hardware and software in the Institution cannot be met by the Janssen, the Institution reserves the right not to accept the fulfilment of the Janssen's requirements, not specified prior to the signing of the agreement, if the additional and unsubmitted configurations and settings will be in conflict with the security policy of the Institution as an operator of basic service information systems pursuant to Section 2(i) of Act No. 181/2014 Coll., on Cyber Security in the Healthcare Sector. V případě, že nelze společností Janssen splnit podmínky provozu poskytovatele pro použití hardwaru a softwaru v zařízení poskytovatele, si poskytovatel vyhrazuje právo nepřijmout splnění požadavků společnosti Janssen, neuvedených před podpisem smlouvy, pokud dodatečné a nepředložené konfigurace a nastavení budou v rozporu s bezpečnostní politikou poskytovatele jako provozovatele informačních systémů základní služby dle § 2 písm. i) zákona č. 181/2014 Sb., o kybernetické bezpečnosti v odvětví zdravotnictví.

IT Bezpečnost. V souladu s platnými právními nebo regulačními požadavky, zadavatel prohlašuje, že do dne podpisu smlouvy vznesl všechny požadavky na IT vybavení, včetně systémových a přístupových práv, potvrzuje jejich funkčnost a v budoucnu nebude vyžadovat další požadavky a podmínky. V případě zásadní změny protokolu bude Zdravotnické zařízení otevřeno k zadání požadavků na IT vybavení..Zadavatel si je vědom, že při případných budoucích požadavcích mu nemusí být ze strany Zdravotnického zařízení vyhověno.
IT Bezpečnost. Zadavatel prohlašuje, že do dne podpisu smlouvy vznesl všechny požadavky na IT vybavení, včetně 3.7.

  • Registry Interoperability and Continuity Registry Operator shall comply with the Registry Interoperability and Continuity Specifications as set forth in Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”).

  • Abuse and Neglect of Children and Vulnerable Adults: Abuse Registry Party agrees not to employ any individual, to use any volunteer or other service provider, or to otherwise provide reimbursement to any individual who in the performance of services connected with this agreement provides care, custody, treatment, transportation, or supervision to children or to vulnerable adults if there has been a substantiation of abuse or neglect or exploitation involving that individual. Party is responsible for confirming as to each individual having such contact with children or vulnerable adults the non-existence of a substantiated allegation of abuse, neglect or exploitation by verifying that fact though (a) as to vulnerable adults, the Adult Abuse Registry maintained by the Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living and (b) as to children, the Central Child Protection Registry (unless the Party holds a valid child care license or registration from the Division of Child Development, Department for Children and Families). See 33 V.S.A. §4919(a)(3) and 33 V.S.A. §6911(c)(3).

  • Certification Regarding Prohibition of Boycotting Israel (Tex Gov. Code 2271) If (a) Vendor is not a sole proprietorship; (b) Vendor has ten (10) or more full-time employees; and (c) this Agreement or any agreement with a TIPS Member under this procurement has value of $100,000 or more, the following certification shall apply; otherwise, this certification is not required. Vendor certifies, where applicable, that neither the Vendor, nor any affiliate, subsidiary, or parent company of Vendor, if any, boycotts Israel, and Vendor agrees that Vendor and Vendor Companies will not boycott Israel during the term of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “boycott” shall mean and include refusing to deal with, terminating business activities with, or otherwise taking any action that is intended to penalize, inflict economic harm on, or limit commercial relations with Israel, or with a person or entity doing business in Israel or in an Israeli-controlled territory but does not include an action made for ordinary business purposes.
