It is also further understood and agreed by the parties that this Plan is an Employee welfare benefit plan and that this Plan will be funded out of the Union membership’s designated wage allocation as determined by the Union. It is the intent of the parties that the maximum total funding for this plan shall not exceed fifteen cents ($.15) per year during the term of this Agreement or any future agreement, unless expressly agreed to by the parties in writing.

Within forty-five (45) days after the date this Order becomes final and every forty-five (45) days thereafter until Respondents have fully complied with the provisions of Paragraphs II. or III. of this Order, Respondents shall submit to the Commission verified written reports setting forth in detail the manner and form in which they intend to comply, are complying, and have complied with Paragraphs II. and III.   • EMPLOYER AND UNION SHALL ACQUAINT NEW EMPLOYEES The Employer agrees to acquaint new employees with the fact that a Collective Agreement is in effect and with the conditions of employment set out in the Articles dealing with Union Security and Dues Check-off. The Employer agrees to provide the name, worksite phone number, and location of the new employee's xxxxxxx in the letter of hiring. Whenever the xxxxxxx is employed in the same work area as the new employee, the employee's immediate supervisor will introduce her to her xxxxxxx. The Employer agrees that a Union xxxxxxx will be given an opportunity to interview each new employee within regular working hours, without loss of pay, for thirty (30) minutes sometime during the first thirty (30) days of employment for the purpose of acquainting the new employee with the benefits and duties of Union membership and the employee's responsibilities and obligations to the Employer and the Union.

  • Other Coverage Borrower shall provide to Lender evidence of such other reasonable insurance in such reasonable amounts as Lender may from time to time request against such other insurable hazards which at the time are commonly insured against for property similar to the subject Property located in or around the region in which the subject Property is located. Such coverage requirements may include but are not limited to coverage for earthquake, acts of terrorism, business income, delayed business income, rental loss, sink hole, soft costs, tenant improvement or environmental.
