Item 7. Item 7 of the Summary of Basic Terms is deleted and the following substituted in place thereof:

Item 7. In the event that either a full-time or part-time dispatcher is required to work mandatory overtime, his/her card shall be marked but not moved to the back of the call card box. Bargaining unit members shall not be forced to work the next consecutive mandatory overtime shift unless there is no other dispatcher available for management to assign. A list identifying dispatchers and the date each worked mandatory overtime as noted herein, shall be maintained on the Police Department Public drive.

Item 7. If the Lessee fails to pay the due rental within thirty days from its due date, or neglects any of the conditions stipulated in this contract, The premises owner or his representative shall be entitled to cancel this contract after sending the second party a letter to their address or giving them a period of thirty days (30 days) to rectify the situation. If the second party does not respond, the matter shall be referred to the official authorities.

Item 7. Material to Be Filed as Exhibits

Item 7. Bids for vacation shall be made from January 1st to February 28th of the same year. All vacations will be determined by the dispatcher’s appointment as a member of the bargaining unit (seniority) in accordance with the following procedures:
