Common use of Items Shipped in Error Clause in Contracts

Items Shipped in Error. If the Customer receives Equipment not included on the Order, the Customer shall promptly notify the Seller. Equipment shipped in error is not subject to restocking fees provided it is returned without damage and in complete and unused condition. Seller will pay for the costs of return shipping for items shipped in error.
