Equipment Return Policy. Equipment may be returned to Verizon as set forth below. These policies do not limit or supersede existing manufacturers’ warranties.

Equipment Return Policy. ‌ Customer shall not return any Equipment without Seller’s prior authorization. Upon authorization, Seller will issue a return authorization number, which number must appear on each individual package being returned. Seller may refuse shipments of Equipment returned without return authorization numbers. All Equipment being returned for credit must be returned within thirty (30) days from the Customer’s receipt of such Equipment and in good condition. Seller will inspect all Equipment returned. If there is damage, wear and tear, or if there are missing Components or accessories, the Customer shall pay for repair/refurbishment of the returned Equipment and the applicable restocking fee. All questions regarding the Seller Product Return Policy must be directed to the appropriate Seller Technical Support Department. The Customer will (i) package and pack the Equipment being returned in a manner which is in accordance with good commercial practice and adequate to ensure safe arrival of such Equipment at the named destination; and (ii) insure the Equipment being returned for the full invoice amount. Seller will authorize the return of Equipment for the following reasons:
Equipment Return Policy. Customer will be required to obtain authorization from Provider to return any equipment. Equipment returned by Customer that is not covered under warranty or that does not bear a return authorization number may be refused. Provider will not replace lost, stolen or modified equipment. Customer must pay all shipping and handling charges related to any equipment returns not covered under warranty. All returned equipment must be unmodified, in good working condition, in the original packaging and include all components, manuals, peripheral devices and all other accessories that were originally shipped with the equipment. Provider may decline Customer’s return or charge Customer an additional fee for each missing item or for each item that Provider reasonably determines is modified, damaged or not in good working condition. Customer must delete all data files stored on returned equipment. Customer acknowledges that any data remaining on returned equipment cannot be recovered, and Customer releases Provider of any liability for any lost, damaged or destroyed files, data or otherinformation.
Equipment Return Policy. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges for any Equipment returned to UniVoIP for any reason, including situations in which Equipment is covered under warranty. Upon termination and if not paid by Customer, Customer hereby authorizes UniVoIP to immediately xxxx the credit card on file for the appropriate equipment not returned to UniVoIP or any equipment returned but not fully functional, missing components, manuals, peripheral devices, and all other accessories that were originally shipped or delivered with the Equipment. Before returning any Equipment that has data in its memory, please transfer all files to another file source. Once the Equipment is returned, Customer files cannot be recovered and Customer releases us of any liability for any lost, damaged, or destroyed files, data, or other information.

  • Equipment, Etc Each Grantor shall, (i) within ten (10) days after a written request by the Administrative Agent, in the case of Equipment now owned, and (ii) following a request by the Administrative Agent pursuant to subclause (i) above, within ten (10) days after acquiring any other Equipment, deliver to the Administrative Agent, any and all certificates of title, and applications therefor, if any, of such Equipment and shall cause the Administrative Agent to be named as lienholder on any such certificate of title and applications. No Grantor shall permit any such items to become a fixture to real estate or an accession to other personal property unless such real estate or personal property is the subject of a fixture filing (as defined in the UCC) creating a first priority perfected Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent.

  • Scheduled Maintenance Maintenance window for disruptive work to Service will be limited 12:00 A.M. to 4:00 A.M., Central Daylight Time (CDT), any day with requirement of one (1) calendar week notification to Customer prior to maintenance. LightEdge will send an e-mail notification of such disruptive maintenance to Service to Authorized Contacts of Customer. Once notification is sent to Customer this will be considered a “Scheduled Maintenance”. Any Service SLAs will NOT apply during a Scheduled Maintenance.

  • Aircraft Maintenance Operator shall, at its own expense, cause the Aircraft to be inspected, maintained, serviced, repaired, overhauled, and tested in accordance with FAR Part 91 so that the Aircraft will remain in good operating condition and in a condition consistent with its airworthiness certification and shall take such requirements into account in scheduling the Aircraft hereunder, including but not limited compliance with applicable airworthiness directives and service bulletins. Performance of maintenance, preventive maintenance or inspection shall not be delayed or postponed for the purpose of scheduling the Aircraft unless such maintenance or inspection can safely be conducted at a later time in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and requirements, and such delay or postponement is consistent with the sound discretion of the pilot-in-command. In the event that any non-standard maintenance is required during the term and will interfere with User’s requested or scheduled flights, Operator, or Operator’s pilot-in-command, shall notify User of the maintenance required, the effect on the ability to comply with User’s requested or scheduled flights and the manner in which the parties will proceed with the performance of such maintenance and conduct of such flight(s). In no event shall Operator be liable to User or any other person for loss, injury or damage occasioned by the delay or failure to furnish the Aircraft under this Agreement, whether or not maintenance-related.

  • Service Levels Annex 1 to this Part A of this Call Off Schedule sets out the Service Levels the performance of which the Parties have agreed to measure. The Supplier shall monitor its performance of this Call Off Contract by reference to the relevant performance criteria for achieving the Service Levels shown in Annex 1 to this Part A of this Call Off Schedule (the Service Level Performance Criteria) and shall send the Customer a Performance Monitoring Report detailing the level of service which was achieved in accordance with the provisions of Part B (Performance Monitoring) of this Call Off Schedule. The Supplier shall, at all times, provide the Services in such a manner that the Service Levels Performance Measures are achieved. If the level of performance of the Supplier of any element of the provision by it of the Services during the Call Off Contract Period: is likely to or fails to meet any Service Level Performance Measure or is likely to cause or causes a Critical Service Failure to occur, the Supplier shall immediately notify the Customer in writing and the Customer, in its absolute discretion and without prejudice to any other of its rights howsoever arising including under Clause 12 of this Call Off Contract (Service Levels and Service Credits), may: require the Supplier to immediately take all remedial action that is reasonable to mitigate the impact on the Customer and to rectify or prevent a Service Level Failure or Critical Service Level Failure from taking place or recurring; and if the action taken under paragraph (a) above has not already prevented or remedied the Service Level Failure or Critical Service Level Failure, the Customer shall be entitled to instruct the Supplier to comply with the Rectification Plan Process; or if a Service Level Failure has occurred, deduct from the Call Off Contract Charges the applicable Service Level Credits payable by the Supplier to the Customer in accordance with the calculation formula set out in Annex 1 of this Part A of this Call Off Schedule; or if a Critical Service Level Failure has occurred, exercise its right to Compensation for Critical Service Level Failure in accordance with Clause 13 of this Call Off Contract (Critical Service Level Failure) (including subject, for the avoidance of doubt, the proviso in Clause 13.1.2 of this Call Off Contract in relation to Material Breach). Approval and implementation by the Customer of any Rectification Plan shall not relieve the Supplier of any continuing responsibility to achieve the Service Levels, or remedy any failure to do so, and no estoppels or waiver shall arise from any such Approval and/or implementation by the Customer. SERVICE CREDITS Annex 1 to this Part A of this Call Off Schedule sets out the formula used to calculate a Service Credit payable to the Customer as a result of a Service Level Failure in a given service period which, for the purpose of this Call Off Schedule, shall be a recurrent period of [one Month] during the Call Off Contract Period (the Service Period).
