ITS and ETC Facilities. Developer shall ensure that all existing ITS facilities (including all items in Appendix B to Section 3 of Schedule 10) are maintained and operational. This Developer responsibility shall include addressing issues identified by equipment failure reports that are regularly generated by the Department’s CTMC. Any impact to the operation of these existing ITS facilities shall be rectified by Developer. The Department will continue to operate the existing facilities.
