We all have a personal responsibility to stop the spread of illness and together we can play our part to keep the community safe and healthy. Skylark Sports actively follows the directions of the Department of Health and Human Services, other government departments as required, and our governing bodies Gymnastics Victoria and Gymnastics Australia. If operational adjustments are required for health or safety reasons, we will notify you directly. In the event of a forced closure, credits will be applied for any classes cancelled that have already been paid for and billing will be paused. Your place will be held in the class until we can reopen, at which time billing will recommence. If you decide to end your enrolment, please email us so we can refund any tuition held in credit.
Photos/Videos. We would appreciate any photos of your adopted pet interacting with your family. Photos may have been taken at the time of adoption. I hereby grant the permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in all its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. I hereby irrevocably authorize to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo. I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge PNH from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
Photos/Videos. All pictures and/or recordings (video or audio) taken in class or other events may be used for future public relations, public information, club promo‐ tion, publicity, and instruction. No monetary consideration shall be paid and that such materials may be used in subsequent years.

b) Only CCS Supervisors will take these photos for security purposes.

Photos/Videos. Without prejudice to the Developer’s obligations to take photos under Section 10 of Schedule 8 (Project Administration), the Developer shall take and submit photos/videos of the Work on regular intervals. Except as noted below, a cell phone camera is permitted. Photographs/videos may include traffic control, paving, slope repair, erosion control, bridge deck and rail work, and other key areas of work identified by the Developer, Department, and PCM for use in reports to interested agencies, social media, and flyers. A minimum of two digital photographs shall be submitted each week to the Department. The Developer shall also develop videos for public distribution to share progress of the Project either annually or at key project milestones. Developer shall also develop videos as necessary to communicate key coping strategies as directed by the Department. The Developer shall provide professional aerial photographs annually to show progress of the corridor during the Construction Period.
