Company Funds All funds of the Company shall be deposited in its name, or in such name as may be designated by the Board, in such checking, savings or other accounts, or held in its name in the form of such other investments as shall be designated by the Board. Pre-Funding Account On the Closing Date, the Depositor shall deposit in the Pre-Funding Account $0.00 (the “Pre-Funding Account Initial Deposit”) from the net proceeds of the sale of the Notes. On each Subsequent Transfer Date, if any, upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 2.03(b) with respect to such transfer, the Servicer shall instruct the Indenture Trustee to withdraw from the Pre-Funding Account (i) an amount equal to [RESERVED]% of the result of the aggregate Starting Principal Balance of the Subsequent Receivables transferred to the Trust on such Subsequent Transfer Date less the Yield Supplement Overcollateralization Amount with respect to such Subsequent Receivables as of the related Cutoff Date and (ii), on behalf of the Depositor, deposit into the Reserve Account a portion of such funds equal to the Reserve Account Subsequent Transfer Deposit with respect to such Subsequent Transfer Date and distribute the remainder to or upon the order of the Depositor as payment for such Subsequent Receivables. If the Pre-Funded Amount has not been reduced to zero on the Payment Date immediately following the calendar month in which the Funding Period, if any, ends, the Servicer shall instruct the Indenture Trustee to transfer from the Pre-Funding Account on such Payment Date any amount then remaining in the Pre-Funding Account to the Note Distribution Account for distribution in accordance with Section 8.02(g) of the Indenture.
Excess Funds Anything in this Article 8 to the contrary notwithstanding, the Trustee shall deliver or pay to the Company from time to time upon request of the Company, any money or U.S. Government Obligations (or other property and any proceeds therefrom) held by it as provided in Section 8.01, 8.05 or 8.06 which, in the opinion of a nationally recognized firm of Independent Public Accountants expressed in a written certification thereof delivered to the Trustee, are in excess of the amount thereof which would then be required to be deposited to effect a discharge or defeasance, as applicable, in accordance with this Article 8.
DEPOSITS TO THE ESCROW ACCOUNT The Master Servicer shall deposit or cause to be deposited in the clearing account (which account must be an Eligible Account) in which it customarily deposits payments and collections on mortgage loans in connection with its mortgage loan servicing activities on a daily basis, and in no event more than one Business Day after the Master Servicer's receipt thereof, and shall thereafter deposit in the Escrow Account, in no event more than two Business Days after the deposit of such funds into the clearing account, as and when received or as otherwise required hereunder, and retain therein:

Settlement Funds The Servicer shall be named as a payee on all insurance loss drafts and upon receipt thereof, the funds shall be credited to the Borrower's Insurance Proceeds balance and deposited into (a) where such funds will be applied to the repair and restoration of the related Mortgaged Property and where required by applicable state law, one or more separate escrow accounts, so that the balance on deposit in such accounts is fully insured at all times by the FDIC through either the BIF or SAIF or (b) where such funds will not be applied to the repair and restoration of the related Mortgaged Property, the respective Custodial P&I Account.
