Jail Diversion. The CMHSP shall provide services designed to divert people that qualify for BH/DD services from a possible jail incarceration, when appropriate. Such services should be consistent with the Jail Diversion Practice Guideline. The CMHSP will collect data reflective of jail diversion activities and outcomes as indicated in the Practice Guideline, Attachment C 6.9.5.1 to this contract.
