Jdsu Equipment and Material. 4.1 Provision of JDSU Material and JDSU Equipment. JDSU shall provide JDSU Material and JDSU Equipment to Supplier pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement for use by Supplier to manufacture and supply the Products exclusively for and to JDSU pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Supplier shall use JDSU Material on a “first in, first out” basis to minimize obsolete or unusable material.
