Tracking. The Company shall use reasonable endeavours to track all the leads delivered to Client. In the event that the Company’s tracking data should not correspond to any external tracking data, the tracking data of the Company shall take precedence.
Tracking. The Contractor will establish a tracking system that provides up-to-date information on compliance with EPSDT service provision requirements in the following areas: • Initial visit for newborns. The initial EPSDT screen will be the newborn physical examination in the hospital. • Preventive pediatric visits in accordance with the Rhode Island EPSDT Periodicity Schedule. • Semi-annual preventive dental visits beginning at age one (1) in accordance with the Rhode Island EPSDT Periodicity Schedule. • Diagnosis and/or treatment, or other referrals in accordance with EPSDT screen results.
Tracking. Fyber’s tracking and reporting regarding Ad Impressions and other payable activities under the Agreement (if applicable), shall calculate the Ad Impressions for the purpose of this Agreement, if not otherwise agreed between the Parties in the Service Order. Supply Partner shall duly examine the Account data and the amounts due to it when provided by Fyber, and shall notify Fyber, in writing (email suffices) and without undue delay (but in no event later than no later than fourteen (14) days upon receipt of the applicable report from Fyber), of any inaccuracy of the Account data or the amounts due to it that could be reasonably identified in such examination. If Supply Partner fails to notify Fyber of any such identifiable inaccuracy within such time period, the Account data and the amounts due to Supply Partner shall be deemed correct with regard to such identifiable inaccuracy. Supply Partner further agrees and acknowledges that the determinations of Fyber with respect its reporting and invoices are final where the difference between the evidence provided by Supply Partner and the Account data is less than ten percent (10%), which is considered a deviation in tracking customary in trade and therefore reasonably acceptable by both Parties. If the deviation is 10% or more, the Parties will negotiate in good faith to find an amiable solution.
Tracking. Contractor must use the ETP Internet Class/Lab Tracking System for the purpose of documenting attendance and completion of training. Contractor must upload/enter this data within 90 days of the date of training delivery.
Tracking. 4.7.4.1 The Contractor shall establish a tracking system that provides information on compliance with Health Check requirements. This system shall track, at a minimum, the following areas: · Initial newborn Health Check visit occurring in the hospital; · Periodic and preventive/well child screens and visits as prescribed by the periodicity schedule; · Diagnostic and treatment services, including Referrals; · Immunizations, lead, tuberculosis and dental services; and · A reminder/notification system.
Tracking. 4.1. Where Optimise Tracking is used:

Custodian shall track the period of time that has elapsed for any release of Purchased Assets under Sections 5.01, 5.02, 5.03 and 5.04 of this Agreement and shall report such information to Buyer in the same manner and at the same time as Custodian provides an Asset Schedule and Exception Report.

Customer shall maintain and use systems and procedures that allow Customer to accurately and completely track, document, and report Customer’s installations, deployment, access of or provision of access to, or operation of each Product in the quantities and versions used and allow Provider to audit the same (the “Audit”). Audits may be performed by Provider or its designated agents. Provider shall provide at least ten (10) days prior written notice to Customer before the start of an Audit and will conduct the Audit during normal business hours at Customer’s facilities. Customer shall provide, and will require its Clients and Third Party Users to provide, their full cooperation and assistance with such audit and provide access to the applicable records and computers.
Tracking. Subdistributor shall track the Products in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
