JDSU Reservation Of Rights. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Trademark License, JDSU shall retain all rights in and to the Licensed Marks and all other JDSU Marks, including without limitation: (a) all rights of ownership in and to the Licensed Marks; (b) the right to use (including the right of any member of the JDSU Group to use) the Licensed Marks, either alone or in combination with other Marks, in connection with the marketing, offer or provision of any products or services, except for the Licensed Transitional Products; and (c) the right to license Third Parties to use the Licensed Marks, except on the Licensed Transitional Products.
