Jewel Retirement Estates — Regular Full. Time Employees — For the duration of this Agreement, the Employer shall provide, maintain and administer its profit sharing retirement program in effect on the date of execution of this Agreement, subject to the terms and conditions stated therein as the same may be amended from time to time for each regular full-time employee in the collective bargaining unit.
