JOB ACCESS BY UNION. The Business Representative of the Union shall have access to the jobsite within a reasonable length of waiting time during working hours for the purpose of checking on the employees and the manner in which the work and the terms of this Agreement are being complied with. If any conditions requiring adjustment are observed, the Business Representative shall report them to the Individual Employer or its authorized representatives.
