JOB SITE. The Project Manager or Contractor may call for special job site meetings for the purpose of resolving unforeseen problems or conflicts that may impede the construction schedule. The Project Manager will prepare a brief summary report of the decisions or understanding concerning each of the items discussed at these meetings.
