JOBSITE INSPECTIONS. The Contractor shall provide access to the project jobsite for the City and their representative as requested for inspection. The authorized representatives and agents of the Environmental Protection Agency, South Florida Water Management District and Controlling State and Local Pollution Control Agencies shall be permitted to inspect all work, material and other relevant data records.
