JOC Time Extension Proposal. With an additionally issued Job Order, JOC shall furnish City a detailed written proposal for any requested extension in the time period given JOC for the performance of the Work. The detailed proposal shall be submitted through PRIMELink and shall, along with a price breakdown, furnish JOC’s justification for an extension of time, if any.
