John Deere Ottumwa Works. Based upon the total number of employees in the bargaining unit, there shall not be more than one (1) departmental xxxxxxx for each thirty-five (35) employees, or major fraction thereof. The Union shall be allowed a minimum of fifteen (15) departmental stewards at all times, even though the formula of one (1) departmental xxxxxxx for each thirty-five (35) employees, or major fraction thereof, would not grant as many as fifteen (15) departmental stewards.
