Common use of John H Clause in Contracts

John H. Anderson hereby acknowledges his prior acceptance in the Thirteenth Amendment to the First Amended Agreement of all of the terms and conditions of the Effective Agreement, including without limitation the power of attorney granted in Section 2.4 of the Effective Agreement.
