Common use of Joinder Agreements Clause in Contracts

Joinder Agreements. Stockholders holding 90% of the outstanding shares of Company Common Stock shall have executed and delivered to Parent Joinder Agreements, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit F (the “Joinder Agreements”), and all such Joinder Agreements shall be in full force and effect.
