Initial Term and Renewal Term. Initial Term
1.1 The initial term of this Agreement (the “Initial Term”) is for a period of five years commencing on July 1st, 2011 (the “Effective Date”), unless such employment will be terminated earlier as hereinafter provided.
Initial Term and Renewal Term. 4.1.1 This Agreement is concluded between the Parties for a period of one (1) year starting from the Effective Date (the "Initial Term"), and shall continue indefinitely thereafter (the "Renewal Term") (a) unless either Party has given to the other Party a written notice of termination not less than three (3) months before the expiry of the Initial Term, or (b) until terminated by either Party in accordance with Clauses 3.5.2, 4.1.2 or 4.
Initial Term and Renewal Term. The Term of this Agreement shall be for an initial period of three (3) years after the Effective Date of this Agreement and shall be automatically renewed for any successive period, provided that neither PSAS nor ASA shall have given notice of termination of this Agreement sixty (60) days before the end of the initial term or any renewal term, or unless otherwise terminated in accordance with this Agreement.

The term of the Agreement shall be FIVE years from the date of this renewal, to be automatically renewed for equal terms unless either party notifies the other, in writing, within sixty (60) days of the desire not to renew this Agreement. All other terms and conditions of the renewed Agreement shall remain in force without modification.

Unless sooner terminated in accordance with Section 19(c), the initial term of this Agreement shall be one (1) year and thereafter this Agreement may be renewed for successive one year periods upon the written consent of both parties (such initial term and renewal terms collectively referred to herein as the “Term”).

This Agreement becomes effective when signed by both parties (“Effective Date”) and, unless earlier terminated as provided herein, expires three years from the delivery date of an apparatus described in Exhibit B. OSFM may, by providing written notice of its intent to renew at any time during the Initial Term, renew this Agreement at the mutual agreement of both parties. During the Initial Term or the Renewal Term, the Parties may discuss transferring permanent ownership of the apparatus to Recipient. The decision to transfer permanent ownership of the apparatus is within OSFM’s sole discretion. RESERVED

The INITIAL TERM of this Agreement shall mean the period commencing September 1, 1999, and ending on August 31, 2002, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (in which case "Initial Term" shall refer to such shorter period). In the event neither party has delivered a Notice of Termination (as herein defined) to the other Party on or before the last day of the Initial Term this Agreement shall be automatically extended for a one-year period commencing on September 1, 2002 and ending on Auguxx 00, 0000 (x "XXXXXXX XXXX") xxx shall continue to be automatically extended upon expiration of the first Renewal Term for two consecutive one-year periods thereafter (each subsequent one-year period a "Renewal Term") unless the Company or the Executive delivers a Notice of Termination as defined in Section 1.05(d). The parties may in their discretion thereafter extend this Agreement on mutually satisfactory terms although neither party shall have any obligation to do so.
