Joinder of other Subsidiaries to this Agreement. If any Group Company or its Affiliates or Associates forms or acquires an equity stake in any other Subsidiary, each Warrantor covenants and agrees to take all actions necessary to cause such other Subsidiary to enter into and become a party to this Agreement, as a “Group Company,” and a “Warrantor”.
