Common use of JOINT ACCOUNTS AND/OR TRUST ACCOUNTS Clause in Contracts

JOINT ACCOUNTS AND/OR TRUST ACCOUNTS. 18.4.1. If more than one natural person executed this Agreement, all such natural persons agree to be jointly and severally liable for the obligations assumed in this Agreement. If this Agreement is executed by a trust, unincorporated association, partnership, custodian or other fiduciary, such Client agrees to indemnify, defend, save and hold free and harmless INFINOX for any liabilities, claims, losses, damages costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, resulting directly or indirectly from breach of any fiduciary or similar duty or obligation or any allegation thereof, including attorney’s fees.
