Joint Acknowledgement. This written Agreement represents the final agreement between the Parties and may not be contradicted by evidence of prior, contemporaneous or subsequent oral agreements of the Parties. There are no unwritten oral agreements between the Parties.
Joint Acknowledgement. The Purchaser and the Vendor acknowledge and agree that, notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement, the Purchaser will need to apply to the Approving Authority for the issuance of a new Retail Store Permit in the Purchaser’s name in order to sell Liquor from a retail liquor store.
