JOINT AND INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY. If your account is affected by an Electronic Fund Transfer and is a joint account, then each of you will be bound by this Agreement and each of you will be individually and jointly responsible for paying all amounts owed under this Agreement. In addition, unless prohibited or restricted by applicable law, you acknowledge and agree that each one of you is fully authorized to take any and all actions related to indemnification an Electronic Fund Transfer on behalf of all of you, including but not limited to obtaining, using and terminating Security Codes, and for initiating Electronic Fund Transfers to and from your account.
