Common use of Joint and Several Liability of the Guarantors Clause in Contracts

Joint and Several Liability of the Guarantors. Each Guarantor accepts joint and several liability hereunder for the Obligations of the Borrowers under the Credit Agreement in consideration for the Banks and the Administrative Agent entering into the Credit Agreement, for the mutual benefit, directly and indirectly, of each Guarantor. If and to the extent that any Guarantor shall fail to make any payment with respect to any of the obligations hereunder as and when due, then each other Guarantor will make such payment with respect to such obligation.
