Joint and Severally Liable. Each individual signing this Lease as a Tenant agrees to be jointly and severally liable to the Landlord for the full performance required hereunder and for any damages resulting from a breach or default of Tenant’s obligations. “Joint and severally liable” is a legally binding phrase which means, among other obligations, each individual signing this Lease as a Tenant is legally responsible to the Landlord for any and all obligations required hereunder (rent, damages, etc.) versus a pro-rata share of any such obligation.
