Joint Announcement. 2.1 The Parties shall procure the release of the Joint Announcement on the date of this Agreement or on such other date as may be agreed by the Parties in light of all relevant circumstances. 2.2 The GE Parties shall procure the signing of the SES-GE Transaction documentation prior to the release of the Joint Announcement for publication.
