Common use of Joint Board Clause in Contracts

Joint Board. As required by UTAH CODE XXX. § 00-00-000, the parties agree that the cooperative undertaking under this Agreement shall be administered by a joint board consisting of the County’s District Attorney or designee and the City’s or designee. The County District Attorney and City’s may, by mutual agreement, develop another process in place of a Joint Board to administer this Agreement.
